Tim operates the award winning ‘Boutique’ pub company Cheshire Cat Pubs and Bars Ltd with his wife and business partner Mary McLaughlin. There are seven rural and village pubs within the group, two in North Staffordshire and five in Cheshire all if which were rescued from closure. Prior to starting Cheshire Cat, Tim was MD at Brunning & Price, and before this, in similar roles with Eldridge Pope, Morrells of Oxford and Greenalls PLC. Tim has been in the pub business for 45 years working his way up through the industry from Waiter to where he is now!
