Maria joined Blacklock early 2022 and has 20 years of industry experience. Previously MD of premium delivery only concept Dickie’s.
Maria also spent 7 years in various operations roles at Shake Shack, and worked her way up early in her career with Hard Rock Cafe and Living ventures. She was recognised in Codes annual women in hospitality 2023 & 2025. Maria is an ambassador of Only A Pavement Away.
