Livia is a female business owner and chef, aged 29. Livia has been cooking since I left school, winning various awards and entering into numerous competitions, tv shows, honing their craft all over the country from London to Scotland, and a few places in between.

Most recently Livia represented Liverpool in the North West region of Great British Menu, by far one of their biggest accomplishments amongst many others.

During my time at Maray on bold street, Livia was featured in both 2017/2018 Good food guide. A few years later, upon their return to Liverpool, Livia moved to Queens wine bar & Bistro, which led into a raving review from Jay Rayner in the Guardian. Fast forward to present day, Livia has opened her first restaurant “Chin-Zano” serving modern Italian cooking in a former railway archway on Love Lane.
