Chris is the Managing Director of Coffee House, an independent coffee shop business operating across the North West. With more than 15 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, he has spent much of his career working within hospitality operations and developing a concept focused on quality, consistency, and great customer experiences.

Alongside his team, Chris has helped grow the business by building strong operational foundations, including central production, bakery, and coffee roasting facilities that support the wider estate. He is passionate about the coffee shop sector and enjoys sharing practical insights on the opportunities and challenges facing independent operators today.
