  Garry is Co-Director of Cru, a newly opened wine shop and bar in Warburton Street, situated in the south Manchester suburb of Didsbury. His professional expertise is in hospitality and retail management. Over the last decade, he has helped setup, and manage the daily operations and growth of an independent wine shop and a number of restaurants within the Manchester area. His goal at Cru is to grow; personally, commercially, individually and collectively. He aims to share his passion, experience and knowledge of wine and food with the community, while striving to nurture curiosity, encourage exploration and deliver outstanding service.

  Richard’s foray into restaurants began at a local restaurant in his home town in Hertfordshire, soon moving to London to work at Pétrus and Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley in Knightsbridge.

  Richard worked for Simon Rogan for four years; at Roganic and was a part of Fera at Claridge’s senior opening team. Richard joined Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York 2016, returning to the UK at the beginning of 2020 to establish Orenda Hospitality that now operates Flawd Wine, Higher Ground and Cinderwood Market Garden.
